Position Overview

We are on the hunt for an extraordinary and visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to spearhead our groundbreaking FBTC project. As the CSO, you will be at the helm of shaping the strategic direction, development, and operational execution of FBTC. This is not just a leadership role; it's an opportunity to redefine the future of Bitcoin within the blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems. Your Role

  • Strategic Leadership:

    1. Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for FBTC.

    2. Identify and evaluate market opportunities to expand FBTC's presence in the DeFi and blockchain ecosystems.

    3. Ensure alignment of FBTC's goals with the broader strategic objectives of Antalpha Prime and Mantle.

  • Product Development:

    1. Oversee the development and enhancement of FBTC's technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and composability.

    2. Lead the creation and implementation of innovative features that leverage FBTC’s 1:1 peg with Bitcoin.

    3. Foster continuous improvement through regular analysis of product performance and user feedback.

  • Partnerships and Ecosystem Growth:

    1. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and DeFi communities.

    2. Promote cross-chain interoperability by collaborating with other blockchain projects and networks.

    3. Drive the adoption of FBTC by engaging with developers, users, and enterprises to integrate FBTC into their platforms and applications.

  • Operational Management:

    1. Manage day-to-day operations of the FBTC project, including team oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    2. Ensure robust governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

    3. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with the project's execution and market dynamics.

  • Community Engagement:

    1. Cultivate a strong community around FBTC by actively engaging with users, developers, and stakeholders.

    2. Represent FBTC at industry conferences, events, and forums to promote its vision and achievements.

    3. Lead transparent communication efforts to keep the community informed about project updates, developments, and milestones.

  • Team Leadership:

    1. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to the FBTC project.

    2. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

    3. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their professional development goals.

Your Craft

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.

  • Deep understanding of Bitcoin, DeFi, and cross-chain interoperability concepts.

  • Strong technical background with experience in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives and driving product innovation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
