We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate growth marketing strategist for our upcoming play-to-earn web3 gaming platform. As a senior growth marketing strategist, you will bring mobile games marketing experience to the team, including go-to-market strategy and planning, user acquisition (UA), creative strategy and cross-functional leadership.


You will create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and campaigns for player acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment. What are the actions you need to perform in order to successfully fulfill it?

-Develop and execute go-to-market and UA strategies for our P2E gaming platform and games.

-Identify the target audience and customer personas for our games and platform, both amongst crypto and non-crypto users.

-Identify opportunities to expand our reach and market share, and build omni-channel campaigns through a combination of paid and organic growth marketing strategies.

-Define KPIs and lead marketing, positioning and pricing strategies to ensure alignment with profitability and revenue goals, product roadmap, and audience insights.

-Oversee the development of brand and integrated marketing to drive long term player growth engagement and retention.

-Crafting strategies and collaborating across marketing departments, including Digital, Advertising, -Communications and Creative to ensure smooth execution.

-Ensure our brand and messaging is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

-Connect marketing efforts to measurable results and make strategic decisions that balance short-term ROI with long-term growth.

-Conduct ongoing competitive marketing analysis to make sure market trends are incorporated in strategies & execution (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

-Liaise with leadership to align strategies and ensure that user acquisition, engagement and retention is meeting the overall goals of the company.


How do we qualify candidates to see if they’re a good fit for this role?

-Minimum 6+ years of experience in developing and managing campaign strategy, and working in the mobile game marketing organizations.

-BA/ BS Degree in marketing and related fields.

-Demonstrated experience in mobile/ gaming user acquisition.

-Well-versed in the free-to-play and play-to-earn gaming industry.

-Excellent Project Management skills.

-Track record of developing and executing end-to-end go-to-marketing strategies

-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

-Enjoy working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

-Never-ending desire to grow and learn.

-Detail-oriented with an eye for perfection.

-Have led a large cross-functional, culturally diverse & inclusive team
