Marketing Web3 Jobs in United States

Hinkal Protocol is a compliant privacy protocol for DeFi started at Stanford and backed by prominent Silicon Valley investors. We are looking for a Marketing and Operations manager with deep experience in Web3 community building via Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and NFT campaigns. DeFi experience is required. The role starts with 1 month-paid contract and converts to a full-time role if all parties are happy.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and managing all communications channels with the audience
• Creating campaigns with NFTs to drive engagement
• Creating necessary visuals (Figma is not necessary, generative AI tools should be enough)
• Talking to customers, doing AMAs, helping the product team with the right features
• Other responsibilities necessary for the success of the startup

Qualifications

• Deep experience in DeFi, understanding of the technical side
• Web3 marketing/ops experience, including driving engagement via Discord/Twitter/other channels
• Design experience
• Native English

We are looking for a quick learner with "I'll figure it out ASAP" mentality who's willing to work many extra hours to deliver success. We are a team of 4 people - and we are looking for our 5th hire who will help make Hinkal $10b protocol.
