We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer to help tell the story of Ava Labs, Avalanche, and the rapidly growing Avalanche ecosystem. This role will be the cornerstone of a new email marketing program. The right candidate will have the opportunity to imagine, build, and own a newsletter lineup that covers Web3 in an intelligent and engaging way, taking readers for deep dives into Avalanche’s many thriving verticals, such as gaming and DeFi. You will join both our soon-to-launch long form content program and the best marketing team in crypto.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and manage new email marketing channels, including a wide-ranging newsletter stack for Ava Labs’ long form content team
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and researchers on the long form content team
• Leverage news, data, charts, memes, and whatever you need to produce the most clickable newsletters in the business
• Develop strategies for scaling the newsletter audience
• Produce reports on your program’s growth

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3-5 years experience in email marketing
• Expertise building and maintaining multiple newsletters
• Expertise automating and optimizing email marketing programs
• Expertise with email marketing growth strategies (and a track record of success)
• Mailchimp / Substack expertise (plus providing a perspective on which we should use, why, and how)
• Strong writing skills and creativity
• Knowledge of blockchain and Web3
