What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the primary conduit for all Greenhouse/Talent acquisition system updates and configuration requests
• Build and own Recruiting systems processes with an eye for optimization and automation
• Participation in working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Ensure consistent and accurate Recruiting data in Greenhouse; conducting regular data audits

What We Look For In You:

• Proven Greenhouse experience: 2+ years of recruiting systems strategy and administration.
• Incredibly organized, with superior attention to detail
• Tenacious, with strong determination and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project management experience

Nice to Haves:

• Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
• Strong passion for crypto
