WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead the growth marketing campaigns across all audience channels including developers, enterprise blockchain partners, cryptocurrency enthusiasts and decentralized application users
- Create and run viral campaigns to capture wide audiences
- Collaborate with executive partnerships teams and lead the discovery/onboarding of potential developer and industry partners
- Grow presence on social media and blockchain outlets such as Reddit, Twitter, Discord, Medium, Telegram, Quora, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, forums... etc.
- Find creative ways to drive awareness/interest of Avalanche and it's eco-system partners
- Analyze data and track metrics to optimize campaigns and ads
- Leverage modern marketing tools and automate your process to scale
- Mentor fellow team members in your SME areas
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- BS in Marketing or related discipline
- 7+ years of hands on professional experience
- 5+ years of leading multidisciplinary and collaborative teams in a global capacity
- In depth knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, blockchain marketplaces and ecosystems
- Expert in growth marketing, developing campaigns and viral social media strategies
- Thinks strategically with regard to content, messaging, strategy, narrative and storytelling
- Full Marketing Stack experience
- Expert level understanding of modern marketing tools/CRMs such as; Buffer, HubSpot, Intercom, Falcon, Later... etc.
- Expert level knowledge of blockchain media outlets and forums
- Data driven and quant focused
- Able to automate tasks and campaign process flows
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience with political or big brand campaigns preferred
