This Head of Americas Field Marketing Lead will partner with our regional sales leaders and field team on the ground to build and execute the complete demand generation plan for our Americas market. This person will collaborate with our global marketing team and manage a team of field marketers who are running events, webinars, demand generation campaigns across the government, private and commercial sector spaces in the Americas. We measure success by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales success as well as implementation of career development and day to day management of the Americas field team. This person should be communicative, collaborative and comfortable working in an ambiguous and high-growth environment. This person must have management experience.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

• Your region has achieved customer acquisition and sales bookings targets.

• You understand the cryptocurrency ecosystem, our customers, and can work with the team to develop local market messaging.
• You’ve developed a partnership with regional leadership and worked collaboratively with the rest of the product and field marketing teams.
• You understand what activities are meaningful to the business and can appropriately prioritize requests from sales and other stakeholders to balance the team’s workload
• You have successfully integrated into the field and sales teams as a partner.

A background like this helps:

• You have B2B Field Marketing and Demand Generation experience to build sales pipelines
• You have managed a team of high performers at a scaling company
• You have had experience in public sector marketing targeting Law Enforcement, Defense or Financial Regulatory Agencies OR you have had some experience working with Compliance, AML and KYC in the financial sector
• You have a passion for cryptocurrency or blockchain technology
• You’re masterful at managing competing deadlines, measuring and drawing insights from KPI’s, and have an exceptional attention to detail
• Based in the either New York or Washington DC
• You must be able to travel for work
