The role

We are looking for a VP of Finance to drive our financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, and oversee processes for our finance team. You will coordinate company audits, develop banking relationships, and build financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. As a VP of Finance you will collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial vision and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance and management, and understands the regulatory and tax complexities of crypto.

Responsibilities

• Work with our accounting team to ensure all financial processes are in place
• Create financial and tax strategies
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 2+ years of experience as a Director or VP of Finance, or equivalent accounting leadership
• 1+ years of experience in crypto accounting/finance
• 2-3 Controller experience preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
