Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational models for clients of our USMIO business within the Web3 context, ensuring financial performance remains in focus.
• Create and manage financial models to evaluate various scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and potential strategic moves within the Web3 domain, enabling informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that include variance analysis, performance metrics, and key financial indicators, offering valuable insights to management and stakeholders within the Web3 space.
• Collaborate with diverse departments to contribute to budgeting and periodic forecasting, ensuring alignment with our overarching business strategy in the context of Web3.
• Identify actionable opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, reporting procedures, and analytical capabilities in the Web3 landscape, thereby fueling growth and profitability within the USMIO business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions within the Web3 sector that may impact the organization's financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Financial Analysis, with a keen interest in the Web3 domain.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher intricate financial data and provide insightful interpretations in the context of Web3.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and possibly other financial software or ERP systems, particularly within the Web3 framework.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly and succinctly to non-financial stakeholders in the Web3 space.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity, especially within the unique dynamics of Web3.
• Prove the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment, even in the context of Web3.
