2. Responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with blockchain regulations, data protection laws, and gaming industry standards.
- Contracts & Agreements: Draft and review legal documents, including partnerships, licensing, and employment agreements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Intellectual Property: Safeguard the company’s intellectual property rights, trademarks, and patents.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in legal frameworks relevant to blockchain, Web3, and gaming sectors.
- Investor Relations: Assist with legal requirements for funding rounds, tokenomics, and equity structuring.
3. Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years as a practicing lawyer, with expertise in Web3, blockchain, or tech startups.

Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain regulations, tokenomics, and NFT-related legalities.

Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail when drafting and reviewing contracts.

Startup Savvy: Experience with fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Tech Enthusiast: Interest in Web3 and gaming trends is an added advantage.
