About the Role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Research Intern to work closely with Brinc's high-impact corporate partners.
The job requires synthesising insights based on industry trends and market analysis. With the ever-evolving technology landscape, corporates need early access to market insights in order to build/ sustain their competitive advantages.

This role is intellectually challenging and highly dynamic. As you execute your responsibilities, you will be broadening your view towards the current technology offerings and developing an understanding of the market. Your work will impact our client’s innovation blueprint and hence their value creation.



What You Will Do:

    • Support the definition of the client’s innovation and research objectives
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis and detailed research on emerging technologies around Web3.0, Immersive Retail, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, etc.
    • Build, maintain and update the research data model
    • Assist in research productions, such as case studies write-up, industry roundups and research articles
    • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to come up with the best way forward for the project
    • Over time, present conclusions and executive-level insights with senior leaders
    • Provide ad hoc support to the Corporate Innovation Team on day-to-day operations

Requirements

    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA
    • Knowledge in Python or other data analysis programming languages is a plus A proactive approach and a high level of enthusiasm and motivation for problem solving with emerging technologies
    • Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines and constant changes
    • Language proficiency - English, Chinese (preferable)
