We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Community team. This role will identify users’ needs, behavior and pain points in crypto investment via market research.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve the monthly app installs, user registration, KYC, and Monthly Trading Users metrics as a group key results.
- Acquire, maintain, and evaluate digital marketing partners to optimize the ad performance based on several metrics such as: efficiency (CPM, CPA), effectiveness (install to register CR%, install to KYC%, install to first trade %).
- Observe and report performance marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Work closely with the content and creative team to produce material for digital ads campaigns.
- Understand customers and work with the Product team to implement growth and marketing strategy.
Who We are Looking For :
- At least 2 years of experience handling digital ads ie. Google, FB, Twitter, TikTok, Ad Network.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution partners.
- Knowledgeable on database and analytics platforms ie. AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
- Balance between creative and analytical thinking.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent in working on spreadsheets and slides.
- Positive vibes, perseverance, and most importantly you’re passionate about crypto.
- Staying on top of industry trends and the latest marketing advancements.
