What you’ll do 👀
- Grow MoonPay’s global paid growth acquisition strategy to drive efficient user acquisition at scale.
- Develop and manage all paid marketing channels and programs.
- Unlock new opportunities to invest and grow our paid channels owning execution, analysis and scaling the best opportunities through high-velocity, rigorous testing
- Manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimisation opportunities
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet company goals
- Owning spend and performance targets working with finance and key teams to ensure we are able to deliver our ambitious growth targets
You should apply if âś…
- 5+ years of experience across growth and acquisition at a high-growth company
- Previous experience in working for a technology company (ideally crypto)
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
- An eye for great creative, an understanding of paid ad creative best practices, and experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop assets
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities - can get data to answer your question and generate clear insights. Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and Looker) is preferred.
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager master
- Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, SEO, ASO, in-product, push, email) and growth models (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
