Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients in the Web3 space
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand BNB's market presence
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential enterprise clients and partners
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored Web3 solutions to meet their business objectives
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance BNB's Web3 offerings
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners
    • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.

Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency solutions
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
    • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other emerging trends
    • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals with enterprise clients
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
