Reporting into the COO, the Office Manager is a versatile team player who is in charge of all the employee experience elements, mostly focused on our Singapore office and work life.

We are looking for a dynamic person who is passionate about employee engagement and who will build a strong network for our teams to do their best work.

Your focus areas will be:

Office & Facilities

• You help us plan and bring our team to the next level within a new office environment

• You engage with the owner and manage all of our paperwork surrounding our lease and other supplier agreements

• You manage all elements related to daily office operations such as desks, maintenance, cleaning, pantry management

• You purchase small office supplies and equipment

Employee Engagement

• You build out an employee engagement program and are in charge of rolling out all the initiatives to help our teams connect virtually

• Identify areas to connect our teams in Asia and Europe with our core mission and help us operate as a single focused team

Admin

• You manage all expense requests and ensure we have the right policies in place to enable a smooth yet controlled process

• You deal with all the office supplier invoicing and ensure they are properly logged with our finance team
