For our Sofia office, the Security and Privacy team is looking for a dynamic, experienced Business Analyst. You will work alongside with the Security Compliance Analyst and Data Protection Officer and support a top-of-class Security program.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting/defining user requirements and documenting them in a way consumable by developers and QA;
• Working closely with users, developers and QAs to deliver solutions;
• Aligning organization goals and objectives essential to successful project execution;
• Documenting various facet of the system for regulatory and auditing purposes;
• Analyzing and documenting the security risk of the system;
• Production Access management support, including answering queries from the internal users on functional matters and troubleshooting issues;
• Conducting research on new features internally and externally (Security and Privacy innovation related features).

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or a similar discipline;
• Over 2 years of experience in Business analysis;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
• Detail minded with an analytical mindset;
• Strong technical knowledge;
• Security-related certifications or credentials, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 LA, CIPT, CIPP / E, etc., would be considered an advantage;
• PMP or Agile certification would be considered an advantage.
