About the role
Palm is looking for a Developer Relations Lead to inspire our developer community and make an impact with them. You must be willing to engage with the Palm developer community and create content that inspires them to leverage our platform. You will be focusing on content creation, events, and collecting and collating feedback from the community to our internal teams.
Required skills
- Experience with developer experiences and ambassador programs (including events & meetups)
- Working with the Director of Community, you will develop a plan to educate, engage and delight our community of developers
- Help to implement a roadmap of exciting events, meetups, and focused sessions for the developer community
- Ability to create a data-driven approach to community building, including understanding how to measure the health and success of a developer community.
- Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences with ease
- Experience in developer advocacy and community engagement
- Excels in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude
Bonus points
- Already being immersed and engaged in the world of crypto and NFTs
- Work experience working with developer relations in blockchain technologies
- A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with a globally distributed team, using tools like Zoom, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and Google Suite
- An engineering background
