Biz Dev & Art Advisory at SuperRare Labs:

We are looking for an experienced Pop-up Gallery Project Manager who will work on the opening and running of the pop-up gallery. We value creativity, hustle & grit, combined with low ego and the practice of servant leadership. Biz Dev & Art Advisory. We are an all-remote company, but prefer that you have availability during US work hours EST to facilitate better collaboration with your core team.

What you’ll do:

• Research, propose, and assist in selection of production vendors

• Ensure deliverables and deadlines are identified, managed, and met

• Provide leadership in operations, logistics, and production on-site during the pre-production, activation, and break down phases of programs

• Supervise production and fabrication of all program elements, safeguarding quality control at all times

• Provide on-site management, including direction of labor staff, vendor main point of contact, procuring vendor equipment, schedule load-in/out, oversee set-up & strike, logistics, warehousing, and wrap-up

What you have:

• You will have 2-3 years of experience in managing projects (executing event driven experiential programs is a plus)

• Highly creative and resourceful with a strong track record as a producer who can multitask and problem solve independently

• Ability and willingness to manage multiple vendors and partners simultaneously

• Detail oriented, a lover of logistics, a team player, enjoying working on a project from start to finish
