We are looking for a world-class Narrative Designer/Creative Producer to thoughtfully build and expand our brand's IP. You’ll take the leading role in painting the vision for content and gamified experiences looking 1+ years in advance, by developing a deep understanding of the community and its needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Craft a unique sci-fi storyline with a rich narrative and crypto pop culture elements, working on a pioneering project at the intersection of art, technology, and gaming.

● Ensure content, collectibles, and gamified experiences adhere to established cannon and tie into larger, strategic narrative arches.

● Strategize and improve content, collectibles, and game plans by researching and deeply

understanding our community.

● Autonomously lead innovative, intuitive, and engaging productions with Web3 tie-ins from idea through implementation.

● Identify and initiate revenue-generating ideas that tie into content, collectibles, and gamified

experiences within the brand's universe.

● Pitch productions to various levels of stakeholders.

● Plan and recruit a world-class creative team.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Experience in start-ups, small teams, or operating in a 0-1 environment.

● MUST HAVE experience expanding an IP brand.

● MUST HAVE demonstrated experience creating a captivating and thoughtful storyline.

● Experience managing medium sized teams.

● Significant experience working for Web3, gaming, or entertainment companies.
