Binance is looking for marketing talent to join the APAC marketing team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate and interested in cryptocurrency, innovation, and financial technology. It would be better if candidates have rich experience in Growth & Marketing & Branding & Business Development. This position offers an opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer cooperation - develop relations with them and develop affiliate activity to drive users acquisition
- User research - acquire benchmark for daily marketing promotion, know more about users’ preferences to support product operations
- Business development - through resource exchange instead of spending costs to find the most cost effective way to expand business
- Integrated marketing - plan and execute to get new users, organize creative brainstorming and workshops organization to keep exploring new approach to acquire more new users
- Day to day marketing materials delivery (in Chinese) - festival posters, activity banners, hotspot marketing, etc.
Requirements:
- Rich experience in user growth, business development, integrated marketing, branding strategy, virus activity, etc.
- Interest and general knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ads, communications or related field
- Native level fluency in Mandarin and Business level fluency in English
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong follow up skills; proactive and collaborative
- Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure
- Experience and works well in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience buying/trading bitcoin/crypto or understanding of Binance’s products and ecosystem
- Experience in working for both an agency and in-house roles
- Experience in Growth & Innovation, Advertising, Health
- Proficiency or experience in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs and Sheets)
