About the Role: We are searching for a passionate product designer to join our team and help us develop various products that our customers and users love! You will work alongside a cross-functional team and other professionals to design products and deliver them on time. 

Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to validate user problems and hypotheses (questionnaires, focus groups, interviews, etc.) - Summarize your research findings and turn them into feasible and actionable ideas together with the team - Create best-in-class designs for technically complex Blockchain products that delight users - Work closely with the Product Team and Business Stakeholders to ensure focus and solve the right problems - Quickly iterate from low-fidelity prototypes/wireframes to high-fidelity pixel-perfect designs with internal and external stakeholders - Pro-actively seek feedback on design iterations and improvement suggestions in an organized and structured way - Establish and improve design processes, >
