Description

Upstream is building the future of equitable, transparent, and decentralized communities. Our most recent product, Upstream Collectives, is a DAO-in-a-box, full-stack, no-code platform to start and manage a DAO.

We’re looking for a CX Lead to work alongside of Head of Biz Dev to help onboard new DAOs to Upstream. This person will own the onboarding and post-onboarding experience for each DAOs' first 60 days on the platform. This person is deeply interested in web3 and crypto, is excited about the future of DAOs, and has previous experience in CX or customer support.

Main Objective:

  • Own onboarding and support for new DAO admins for first 60 days on Upstream

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 1:1 user onboarding and orientation with Upstream’s Collective and Community tooling.
  • Become an expert in DAOs, blockchain and community to discuss and educate our users on the nuance of the product.
  • Creating and re-thinking the onboarding flow to accelerate growth.
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for our admins, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, for example, onboarding, implementation, sales, or customer success.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the blockchain space and DAOs.
    Experience managing a CRM or other customer relationship tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

About the Role

  • Compensation for this role is within the range of: $70,000-100,000 + health care, learning & development budget, WFH or co-working budget, & technology stipend
  • Full-time, completely remote
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
