BlockFi is looking for an Institutional Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

About Your Team

BlockFi is looking for an Institutional Marketing Manager to deliver impactful, strategic and innovative marketing programs to facilitate client engagement and revenue growth across our Institutional Business. We are seeking a seasoned marketer to help implement our marketing strategy across web, email, social, multi-media and events within our high-growth organization.

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing at a crypto, financial services or fintech Company
• Ability to develop and support a cohesive marketing strategy across brand positioning, awareness, paid and earned media, and lead generation to accelerate our global institutional sales team
• Innovative thinker who challenges convention and identifies new opportunities to develop unique marketing programs
• Knowledge and experience pitching content and working with the leading Institutional publications, as well as the universe of institutional events throughout the year
• Experience in go-to-market planning and competitive positioning for an expanding suite of world class products and services within an asset management and/or fintech environment
• Bias towards action and the ability to promote team culture in line with BlockFi’s values
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with diverse priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency markets and ecosystem
