What youâll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Marketing Manager who will execute our global marketing initiatives spanning multiple audiences, channels, and geographies. This person will play a pivotal role in driving our international marketing channel execution and expanding the global footprint of our brand and products. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of diverse markets, and a passion for developing local marketing initiatives. The International Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams executing targeted initiatives to engage audiences in our top priority markets.
What you'll work on:
- Country-Specific Marketing Strategy: Aid in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives. This will include helping plan and execute parts of country-launch events, activations, and more.
- Localization & Translation: Help develop our localization and translation approach for marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication in different regions including content, website, and campaign assets.
- Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences globally.
- Agency Management: Build and maintain relationships with agencies in all of our priority markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and other teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth globally including Marketing, Business, Internationalization, and our Legal teams.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our global marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. outcomes, and identified opportunities.

What youâll bring to Circle:
- 5+ years of experience in Global Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Campaign Marketing or Partner Marketing preferred.
- Expertise in B2B campaign and/or B2B2C design and deployment, message development & results analysis, and reporting at a global scale.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing in diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to credibly engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ownership and accountability of multi-channel in market initiatives and programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, listening, and written communication.
- Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient and effective execution.
- Experience/familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
- An appetite for work travel.
- Fluency in oral and written English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
