We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our Africa Marketing team and contribute to the company's growth and expansion in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic growth marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Build and grow a robust paid and organic experimentation approach across creative, app store optimization and landing page optimization to help grow ROI
- Apply deep background in acquisition marketing, performance marketing, organic and integrated marketing to drive growth through retargeting tactics.
- Design, implement, and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives based on customer segmentation, leveraging advanced analytics and insights.
- Work closely with the product, creative, and technology teams to create personalized customer experiences throughout the digital journey.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with strategic marketing partners to expand Binance's brand reach and influence in key African markets.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns, maximizing user growth and revenue across all channels.
- Leverage partnership opportunities to generate high-quality content and resources aimed at driving user engagement and promoting Binance's brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Â 8 to 12 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within Fintech or Tech firms.
- Â Proven success in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and partnership marketing.
- Â Strong strategic marketing skills, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives targeting key user segments.
- Â Indepth understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and analytics tools.
- Â Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and optimize marketing strategies.
- Â Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Â Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Â A selfstarter with a collaborative, teamoriented attitude.
- Â Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Â A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
