You'll run acquisition experiments and quickly figure out what works. You love data, crypto, and growth. You will:
Aggressively acquire users through every possible channel Experiment with organic and paid channels (ads, SEO, social media, email, etc) - use data to see what works Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, email flows Manage paid ad budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
You are:
2+ years experience acquiring users for a fast growing B2C internet product Good intuition for different acquisition channels and how to quickly validate/invalidate them Strong data analytics/data visualization skills. You should be fully self sufficient
Bonus points for:
Passion for crypto and internet native finance Background in consumer social, dating, or gaming
Location:
Based in San Francisco with one of our founders. This is a hard requirement. We jam IRL most days of the week We pay for relo but we don't sponsor visas
Compensation:
Base salary of $130,000-$160,000 + tokens/equity Unlimited supply of coffee and taking over the world vibes
