- Stay externally active in NYC: industry events, newsroom visits, and relationship building.

- Write and edit long-form materials (blogs, newsletters, and op-eds) that build thought leadership and educate the market.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all external communications.
- Provide messaging guidance to the social team to ensure alignment (not day-to-day management).
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to content when needed.
What We are Looking For
- 6–8 years in PR or communications (agency or in-house); fintech, TradFi, or tokenization experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional writer and storyteller able to simplify complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable leading on-background calls and discussing nuanced product or regulatory topics with professionalism.
- Deep understanding of either traditional finance or crypto/tokenization (both ideal, one essential).
- Collaborative and proactive: ready to jump in wherever needed, supporting campaigns, refining materials, or helping develop narratives.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment; operates with urgency, flexibility, and precision.
- Balances speed and quality, delivering excellent work without overprocessing.
- Startup mentality: organized, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves when priorities shift.
