Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted at retail users, including promotions, product launches, and engagement strategies.
- Assist in preparing campaign proposals, submitting budgets for approval, and compiling post-campaign reports to analyze performance and ROI.
- Help coordinate and host both online and offline events such as product showcases, community meetups, webinars, and promotional activations.
- Foster and manage user communities across platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook, etc.), engage with members, and monitor community sentiment.
- Constantly work on new campaigns, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteer brand ambassadors through our Angel Program. Ensure alignment with campaign goals and track their contributions.
- Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement.
- Coordinating inter-department cooperation between the Angels and the Binance team (including BD, Marketing, collecting leads, market research, data requests, etc.).
- Execute all marketing efforts with hands on approach
Requirements:
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter.
- Experience in managing online/offline events.
- Experience managing social media : Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
- Excellent organizational skills, Ability to Multitask with great time management skills needed.
- Bilingual English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
