Position Summary
The Client Manager is responsible to maintain constant communication with clients, developing business growth, minimizing churn, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Also manage client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver proposals / Demonstrations in order to best explain the NFTpay platform and use cases. Knowledge in the Web 3.0 environment is required along with previous client management experience. You also must have a passion for NFTâs in particular as you will be responsible for demonstrating our platform and strategizing with large / prominent clients in the space.

What you will do
- Constantly communicate with clients to ensure a positive experience and continuous business growth
- Implement, design and execute programs to develop client retention & reduce churn
- Develop strategies to increase the number of clients (ex. Referrals campaign)
- Attend needs and/or questions clients might present
- Address customers' concerns in a timely manner
- Encourage customer feedback
