CoinList is growing its lending and trading businesses and needs a leader to start up an institutional sales function, design marketing collateral, build client relationships, and close deals with lenders and traders. As part of the team, you would apply your background in crypto lending or trading sales to scale a growing business line for the company. You must be able to work independently and own your workflow.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 7-10 years’ experience in institutional financial sales, marketing, origination, and ideally some trading and structuring expertise with crypto financing and execution, crypto derivatives, credit derivatives, and possibly structured credit and prime brokerage.
  • You are familiar with a variety of lending and trading financial instruments (e.g., securities, commodities, derivatives), including custodial and non-custodial management of assets, and settlement of those instruments.
  • You have a strong background in digital currency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
  • You are client-centric and experienced in managing client relationships.
  • You are ideally educated to the Master’s degree level in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.

What you will do:

  • Create a sales and marketing plan
  • Develop marketing collateral
  • Initiate a social media presence and get the word out
  • Cultivate relationships with new client types and manage the sales pipeline
  • Close deals with lenders, structurers, and traders

Requirements:

  • Existing relationships with key crypto borrowers and trading counterparties a strong plus
