About the Role
In this Ecosystem Growth role, you will support Aptos’s ecosystem systems and programs to drive partner and community-led growth at scale, including managing the success of our rapidly expanding Web3 technology partnership and builder funnels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the growth and success of new and existing Web3 partnerships
- Attract external development teams to build in the Aptos ecosystem to accelerate adoption of the Aptos blockchain
- Support our incentive and community programs including our ecosystem fund and grant program, including meeting with developers in the community, reviewing grant proposals and monitoring projects post funding
- Work with the Aptos marketing team to help raise awareness and shine a spotlight on the Aptos ecosystem
- Drive strategic engagement, interacting with founders, builders, entrepreneurs and community members
- Work with engineering and product teams to shape Aptos’s value proposition to the ecosystem at large
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working with start-ups and/or scale-ups with notable experience in Web3 business development or marketing
- A passion and deep understanding for web3 ecosystems and knowledge of the current Layer 1 landscape
- Resourcefulness and the ability to bring creative, data-driven solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as a dead end
- Experience in ensuring alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions around community funding and support.
- Ability to drive projects independently, thrive on autonomy, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high quality of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfort and experience with presenting and speaking in public
- Strong ability to model business opportunities and create presentations
