We're pivoting into web3/crypto with plans to issue a token and spin up a DAO in the future. Seeking a legal expert who can advise on company structure/formation, fundraising, and employee equity. Later, we'll likely need help with token sales, exchange listings, compliance, IP, and other topics.

The ideal candidate has crypto-related experience and is looking to build a long-term advisory relationship with a team/project. I'm open to working with a firm, but I'd rather work with an individual attorney. I don't expect more than a few hours of your time per month. Compensation structure is open for discussion but my hope is to compensate with equity so we are aligned for long-term success.

The specifics of our pivot haven't been announced yet, but I'm happy to privately share more on an introductory call.
