FTX TR is a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange offering innovative financial products that aims to revolutionize the underlying market structure and make the world a better place through its charitable efforts. Its mission is for FTX TR to grow the digital currency ecosystem, to offer Turkish traders a platform that inspires their loyalty, and to become the market leading Turkish regulated cryptocurrency exchange by volume within the next two years. We are looking for talented individuals to join our fast paced team to help us on this mission!

Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is via a ticketing system and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class local exchange. Support will be in Turkish.

Responsibilities:

    • Handle high volume tickets chat and other online tools
    • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests
    • Manage, prioritise, and respond to customer issues, inquiries and escalations.
    • Have empathy and can adapt to customer needs for support.

Requirements:

    • College degree or above
    • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in Crypto Exchange, Finance or E-commerce industry.
    • Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply
    • Excellent coordination, planning, problem solving, able to work under pressure
    • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
    • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
    • Passionate for customer service industry and willing to work weekends and also night shifts
    • Positive about the crypto industry
