As a data analyst at BattlePACs, you will be responsible for working with large datasets to provide insights and recommendations that will help drive our mission to amplify unheard voices, democratize political funding, and provide scholarships for students. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design and implement data pipelines and perform analysis to support key business decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and a passion for using data to make a positive impact on society. A background in political science, sociology, or related field is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support data analysis and reporting
- Perform analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, statistics, political science)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Familiarity with web3 technologies (e.g. blockchain, smart contracts) is a plus
- Passion for using data to drive social change and empower marginalized voices
