Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels such as research, referral generation, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns to identify high caliber candidates and maintain healthy pipeline for priority roles
  • Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative

sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences

for Business & Marketing functions with recruiters and hiring
managers
  • Be the face of the company to our amazing candidates and maintain

professional and courteous communication to foster long-term
relationships
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers
  • In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
  • Experience leveraging market insights and data to influence decisions with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates

Plus
  • Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
  • Strong passion for crypto
  • Familiarity with compliance and best practices in jurisdictions other

than USA
