What is Menyala?
Menyala is a venture builder founded by Temasek, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. We empower builders to drive technological shifts.
- Support the operationalisation of strategic HR initiatives:
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Support the planning and execution of organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
2. Contribute to the transition of HR operations and payroll:
- Assist in the migration of HR operations and payroll to new systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the HR team to define and document HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support the HR team in addressing any challenges or issues during the transition phase
3. Support the implementation of HR tech and systems:
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of HR technology solutions, such as HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), Performance Management Systems, etc.
- Support with system configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective training and communication about new HR tech systems to employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a background in behavioural or social sciences is a plus.
- Knowledge or strong interest in HR practices, including performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
