We are currently a small Squad of six building a set of coordination and DAO tools on Solana and are looking to expand the team. If you believe that DAOs are the future of work and that coordination on web3 needs better tools and products we will definitely get along. Our roadmap in the next 6 months is about:
- team coordination and treasury management
- subDAOs / DAO working groups set up and management
- NFT based governance
Squads is looking for a Head of Content and Research to keep track and write about trends of governance development on Solana and Ethereum. We expect you to focus on active and prominent DAOs and their core contributors, which new tools are being developed and used and which organizational and governance problems DAOs run into and what solutions are being explored. We will also expect you to become a member of many DAOs (with our help of course) to experience various governance processes first hand. We are offering a mix of monthly compensation and a token grant.
Requirements are as follows:
- knowledge of governance landscapes (tools, main DAOs, recurring problems) of Sol and Eth ecosystems
- general familiarity with Sol and Eth ecosystems
- great research and writing skills (blog posts, internal memos, threads)
- existing Twitter presence or readiness to create and develop one
- ability to work full-time
- readiness to work remote
- passion for web3
