Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of solution engineers dedicated to supporting clients in integrating the Sequence stack into their products
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive tutorials, documentation, and other materials to ensure seamless integration of Sequence SaaS products
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features that facilitate client integrations and address any issues or concerns
• Ensure that projects seeking support or assistance are promptly assigned solution engineers and receive exceptional customer support
• Continuously monitor the progress of client integrations and provide guidance, feedback, and assistance as needed
• Identify areas for improvement in the integration process and work closely with internal teams to implement changes that enhance the client experience

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of proven experience in SaaS-like products, ideally in a solution management or similar role
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of solution engineers or equivalent technical support staff
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of software integrations and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer support and helping clients succeed(bonus) Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and web3-related technologies

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
