Strategy & Partnerships Director/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Serve as the trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform high-level decision-making.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and refine the company’s strategic vision and long-term objectives, translating them into actionable initiatives across the organization.
- Marketing Leadership: Oversee the marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth, working closely with the marketing team.
- Partnership Strategy: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that advance the company’s mission and enhance its competitive stance in the market.
- Regulatory Engagement: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, overseeing proactive engagement to ensure the company’s interests are represented.
- Market Intelligence: Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Project Leadership: Manage high-impact strategic projects, driving cross-departmental collaboration and monitoring progress against key milestones and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal teams, representing the company in strategic meetings and public forums.
- Performance Optimization: Establish metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and partnerships, continuously refining approaches based on data-driven insights.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team within the company, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA Preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or marketing within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
