Job Description

As a Producer, you are responsible for day-to-day operations of MetaVenture including the people, processes, and tech that make us world class. This includes project management, people management, and financial management. In addition, you will work with the management team to craft the vision of games and experiences, and have meetings with potential clients to scope out and assist in secure contracts for game design work. Lastly, you will help in develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision. You will be a strong fit if you are organized, enjoy having your hands in all of the pots, and relish the challenge of driving games and experiences to be successful.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managing and producing the full lifecycle of high profile video games and/or virtual experiences

• Experience assembling and managing a team of game designers, level designers, and artists outlining, scheduling, and tracking tasks towards game development completion

• Attention to detail

• Clear communication, organized, and autonomous

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively

• Ability to learn in a fast environment and collaborate remotely via Discord, Zoom/Google Meet

• Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, etc.

• Familiar with Google Workspace suite of products, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Decentraland and/or The Sandbox

• Knowledge of other metaverse worlds

• Leadership experience 

• Knowledge about cryptogames

• Experience with P2E gaming business models and tokenomics
