We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.  Our Americas Compliance team, in particular, is responsible for ensuring our OKX entities that operate in the Americas region meet local regulatory requirements, including regulatory reporting, program oversight, board reporting, and examination support.   What You'll be Doing This role will be on the US Compliance team, supporting OKX in the US, and will assist the BSA Officer with ensuring that local regulatory requirements are met and the Compliance program is designed and executed effectively. This Senior Analyst will be a part of the team supporting OKX’s re-launch in the US, so will help scale the local Compliance function as the business grows. You will become an expert in the all facets of the US Compliance program, as well as assisting with license maintenance. Some key responsibilities include: 

Reviewing onboarding and customer lifecycle escalations  Oversight monitoring and reporting  Supporting the regulatory mapping  program  Drafting and filing SARs  Helping to manage the US documentation suite  Supporting money transmitter license maintenance, including annual renewals 

  What We Look For in You

4+ years of experience in related compliance/risk function within financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries. Ability to manage, on a day-to-day basis, an intricate program of Compliance reporting and license maintenance tasks  Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures. Knowledge of AML/CFT requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks with familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products.  Foundational knowledge of the crypto economy with a strong desire to learn more Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, curious, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience managing money transmitter licenses, including use of NMLS and state-specific portals   Knowledge of state-specific regulatory statutes and requirements  Prior experience in a Compliance/Legal/Risk function at a crypto company CAMS, PMI, or equivalent certification
