Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships within the DeFi, crypto and NFT ecosystems
  • Primary point of contact for institutional partnerships in the crypto native space
  • Contribute to deal team operations and new market initiatives
  • Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization
  • Help develop and execute the partnership strategy and tactics that will support Ankr’s growth
  • Work independently to lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, working with product, finance, comms, compliance, legal and marketing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, consensus protocols etc.
  • The ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
  • Being successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals
  • Must have great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Intellectually curious and think in a structured way
  • Bilingual or high fluency in English
