Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. You will be doing content moderation on the Discord server.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):Monday - Sunday: 3 am - 5 am, 3 pm - 5 pm, 9 pm - 11 pm
Hourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:10 hours per week90 days (as needed)
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional English proficiency
- Familiar with NFTs and the crypto/blockchain space
- Familiar with scammer and phishing tactics in this space
- Able to identify what links not to click on, etc
- Moderation experience on Discord
- Loves fashion, art, and creativity and are fashion-forward
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
