About this role:
The Organizational Development Senior Manager plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees. The Senior Manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
Role description:
  • Act according to the strategic direction and business planning of our organisational matrix
  • Design and optimize the organizational structure and operating model with a improve efficiency agenda as a first
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the blockchain industry)
  • Help business to iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through introducing OD tools such as organization diagnostics and competency modeling, etc
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract / monitor organizational / employee productivity trends,
  • Derive insights and opportunities to catalyze needed organizational changes by providing full change management solution from designing to deliverables
  • Take charge of the performance management & OKR management
  • Develop a sustainable talent strategy by establishing a talent management framework
  • Collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally, based on strategic and organizational needs on these people
  • Customize tools/programs to help them stakeholder improve managerial and business efficiencies
  • Act as ODBP, steering corporate level as well as functional-level project implementation into business

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Experience on Organization Development & Talent Development topics in a complex matrix/structures
  • Preference for someone who has/had OD/TD experience in internet, high-tech company or consulting firm
  • Knowledge in HR, corporate management is an advantage
  • Worked on human resources management and corporate management topics
