Backed by Bain Capital and Dragonfly, Composite is a small but mighty team with big goals. Composite's vision is to create the rails on which a credibly neutral modern financial system can run. We seek an outstanding Solidity smart contract lead to help us build out this vision.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement protocol and governance upgrades in Solidity for Composite
- Create security architecture for deploying and managing Ethereum smart contracts, tokens, keys, etc.
- Automate and streamline development and testing of smart contracts and risk models across different internal and external environments
Qualifications:
- Solidity development experience and strong understanding of the EVM
- Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, etc..
- Strong interest and familiarity with Crypto protocols and DeFi products
- Experience developing production quality software in Python, Rust, Go, C++, or other high-performance languages
