Binance is looking for a seasoned Social Content Strategist to join our Central Marketing team. You will be contributing towards multiple official social media channels, shaping content strategy and quality for each.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the social media lead and content creators to develop and expand Binance’s social media content strategy through new avenues and formats
- Own the strategy and production of multiple new content series
- Integrate business lines into Binance’s global content strategy
- Create and drive a localized content strategy for priority markets
- Support integrated global marketing campaigns with social content strategy and user focused insights
- Develop Binance’s global channel strategy to increase differentiation between channels based on insights and data
- Work with team leads and content editors to ensure a consistent brand look and feel across platforms. Organize and create trainings and guidelines where appropriate
- Collaborate with other content creating teams to align on priorities and create effective cross-promotion processes
- Ensure strategy is actioned by the central social media content creators
- Have fun
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in content or social media related roles for brands, with clear demonstration of successful content strategy work
- Experience working with agencies and production houses
- Proficient in brand marketing and communications
- Native or Fluent English language is a MUST
- Keen sense and understanding of the crypto market
- Expert with the main global social channels - Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
- Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress. Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Remote and startup experience is a plus
