Responsibilities:
- Execute the Binance marketing and growth strategy for the LATAM region
- Contribute to the marketing strategy with ideas to grow the Binance business in LATAM
- Spot opportunities and the main point of strategic decision on LATAM's marketing activities
- Execute on the activities associated with the marketing strategy
- Delivering digital content in the form of video interviews, podcasts, and webinars
- Create a professional and smooth experience for guests and deliver high quality production for dissemination to Binance LATAM stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating Binance's social media channels in the LATAM region, including responding to queries
- Create and post relevant content to Binance social media channels to drive engagement with our stakeholders
- Effectively lead and communicate with the marketing team and cross-departments to ensure product quality and Binance reputation in LATAMÂ
- Ensure the onboarding process is suitable for corporate clients
- Manage the ongoing demands of corporate clients such as the build out of API changes, reporting documents and integration requests
- Perform market analysis to determine competitors' product strengths and weaknesses to ensure Binance is continually leading the market
- Review the marketplace weekly and complete the competitor marketing analysis in the ROCK weekly document, or similar
- Provide recommendations utilizing the AARRR testing methodology, or similar, for changes to Binance digital marketing strategy in LATAM
- Represent Binance LATAM at industry events and in business development activities
- Prepare for and present at industry events such as conferences, panels and webinars
- Contribute to Binanceâs position as a thought leader in the LATAM region & Global digital exchange industry Â
- Represent Binance at regional industry events and in business development activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance Binance's reputation
- Strict adherence to all Binance's internal security and confidentiality requirements
- Contribute to Binance's position as an ESG reporting entity in LATAM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or any other related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation
- Proven marketing management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
- Experience launching marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
- Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in the designated local language
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
